Valencia is the third largest city in Spain and is located on the Costa del Azahar. Valencia is probably the most well known and beautiful cities in Spain and has many beautiful buildings which are well worth a visit.
Valencia Cathedral is built on the site of the first temple built in Roman Times and because of the way it was built (between 1262 and 1426) there are many different styles throughout the interior. The bell tower of the Cathedral is called Migulete Tower and is 50 metres high and 50 metres wide! It is a steep climb to the top but is well worth it just to see the views from the op across the city.
There are outstanding beaches and dunes at Canet d’En Berenguer in Valencia, where the coastline becomes leisurely and residential, as it does to the north of Valencia, where small tourist towns have emerged where only a few years ago fruit and vegetables were grown.
