Please make sure there is the Correct City Sightseeing Company applicable to your voucher when boarding on occasion, other sightseeing companies have accepted the purchased ticket and charged the customer once more.
    Important Information: You should check with your Cruise line which berthing terminal they will use. Buses do not pick up at the cruise terminals and you will be required to walk to the nearest stop or organise an alternative mode of transport.
    Disabled Facilities
    The majority of City Sightseeing New Orleans buses are equipped with wheelchair accessible ramps, designated wheelchair bays on the lower deck and storage for collapsible wheelchairs. Guests will be required to navigate a number of steps to reach the top deck

    Joining instructions

    Julia St Terminal
    We would advise guests to exit the cruise terminal and continue walking down Julia St. for about 0.5 miles until you come to the intersection of St. Peters Street. Stop 17 Arts District - Julie St. S. Peters St. is located at this intersection. Staff will be on hand and can be located at the Sales Kiosk at the Crossing of Convention Centre Blvd.
    Erato Street Cruise Terminal:
    We would like to advise guests to exit the cruise terminal and turn left to follow the Port of New Orleans for about half a mile until you reach the Mardi Gras World Stop 16.
